Main Activities: * Manage student entry and exit, as well as access control to the unit, covering the inspector’s duties during lunch hours or in cases of absence. * Organize and maintain school spaces in appropriate condition for use, preserving the environment. * Respond to incidents at the unit, such as power outages, water leaks, and other daily unforeseen events. * Carry out minor repairs and simple maintenance tasks, including bulb and door handle replacements, touch-up painting, targeted furniture repairs, unclogging of restrooms, among others. * Support the setup and organization of multimedia equipment (audio and video) for events held at the unit. Here, the Custodian plays an essential role in the school’s daily operations, helping ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for all. Requirements and Qualifications **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed elementary education. * Prior experience in this role or similar activities is a plus. * Basic knowledge of building maintenance. * Organization, responsibility, and proactivity. * Good communication skills and professional demeanor when interacting with students and school staff.
