Senior Procurement Analyst

Description

**Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, International Trade, or Foreign Commerce * Prior experience in procurement (international and local) and materials planning (MRP) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) * Advanced English (for interfacing with international suppliers) * Residency in the Indaiatuba region. **Responsibilities:** * Configure systems (MRP and related), define materials planning policies, and structure the procurement plan prior to MRP generation, including control of items outside the system. * Structure, review, and ensure efficiency and governance of procurement processes and workflows. * Plan assembly priorities in alignment with the sales team and release assembly orders along with corresponding production entries in the system. * Issue domestic and international purchase orders, as well as perform indirect procurement (office supplies, cleaning, and maintenance materials). * Conduct follow\-up with local and international suppliers, manage quotations, and develop suppliers for production-related items. * Monitor supplier performance indicators (KPIs) and track delivery timelines for engines and generators. * Issue tax documents (SENF) for sending materials to third parties Compensation: R$0,01 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Company mobile phone * Food basket * Partnerships and commercial discounts * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Private pension plan * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
