They directly support toolmakers by performing operational tasks, organizing tools, and preparing molds—ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in production processes. **Qualifications** Completed high school education. Technical training in Mechanical Engineering and/or Toolmaking and/or Machining and/or Plastic Molds (completed or currently pursued) and related fields. **Additional Information** **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in disassembly, cleaning, inspection, and reassembly of plastic injection molds. * Perform external and internal cleaning of molds, including cavities, plates, columns, and ejection systems. * Support simple adjustments under guidance from toolmakers, such as polishing, unclogging channels, or replacing basic components. * Organize tools, fixtures, workbenches, and materials required for interventions. * Assist in mold handling using hoists, overhead cranes, or appropriate equipment (in compliance with safety regulations). * Complete checklists, forms, and maintenance records. * Contribute to identifying wear, failures, or anomalies in molds. * Support mold setup and preparation for entry into or return to production. * Maintain the work area clean, organized, and compliant with 5S standards. * Strictly adhere to safety, quality, and internal procedural standards.
