Join our \#TimedeAÇO. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Map manual activities, risk points, and opportunities for light automation; * Develop mechanical devices to eliminate manual handling and hand tools; * Create solutions for internal transportation (rollers, carts, tables, specialized palletizers); * Prepare sketches, simple drawings, technical reports, and work instructions; * Interact with suppliers for equipment and material specifications and quotations; * Monitor installation, commissioning, and standardization of new devices; * Participate in routine meetings with production, maintenance, engineering, and safety teams to prioritize demands. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Maintenance; * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering — preferred; * Methods and Processes (time study and process mapping); * Industrial solutions (mechanization, process automation); * Basic pneumatics and hydraulics; * Basic industrial automation; * Reading and interpretation of technical drawings; * Lean Manufacturing (5S, Kaizen, SMED, Poka\-Yoke); * Basic CAD knowledge (SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD). **Additional Information** WHAT DO WE OFFER? * Multinational company with over 80 years in the market and a benchmark in the steel industry; * Highly learning-oriented environment with technical training; * On-site cafeteria; * Chartered transportation; * 50% reimbursement for medications \+ health plan with co-payment \+ dental assistance \= extended to first-degree dependents; * Credit cooperative; * Market-competitive remuneration; * PLR — profit-sharing program tied to collective goals; * Subsidy for postgraduate studies, language courses, and training programs (per internal policy); * Private pension plan, because we care about your future; * Food basket — delivered conveniently to your residence; * Uniforms (for Operational Area) with in-house laundry service — per company policy; * 6-month maternity leave \+ childcare allowance (for children up to 3 years old).
