Learn again. \#NoFearOfMistakes **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze and monitor the submission of electronic bank files to ensure execution according to each company’s CNPJ, using spreadsheets and control systems; * Consolidate supplier payment information, generating management reports for daily approval of payable items; * Maintain relationships with suppliers through meetings and feedback regarding products and services; * Generate reports for payment verification and reconciliation; * Monitor payment due dates and negotiate terms to avoid notary protests; * Reconcile bank transactions by comparing approved amounts versus debited amounts; * Analyze rejected payments and reprocess them; * Analyze procedures related to Notary Protests/Pefin\-Serasa; * Generate monthly management reports on total payments made (by payment type), track financial expenses (interests/penalties), among others. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Computer skills: Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Office suite; * Basic accounting knowledge; familiarity with payment management at banks (Payment Agreements, CNAB, etc.); * Experience interacting with audits; * RM Totvs (desirable); * Project Management knowledge (desirable). **Additional Information** * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Meal/Voucher Allowance * Life Insurance * Private Pension Plan * Transportation Allowance * Pharmacy Partnership * Birthday Day Off * Wellhub Partnership * Profit Sharing Program (PPR) * Extended Parental Leave – 6 months for mothers and 30 days for fathers * Special conditions to acquire your HM home * Access to Starbem and Avuus health apps **About HM** HM was founded in 1976 in Barretos (SP) as a small engineering firm.
