Description: * Technical training in Agriculture or equivalent; * Postgraduate degree in the field is desirable; * Proven experience in the role; * Knowledge of soybean, corn, and sorghum crops; machine and implement calibration; * Availability to work on the farm; * Coordinate agricultural sector activities; coordinate teams, guiding them in task execution and monitoring progress; * Coordinate agricultural activities such as soil preparation, planting, harvesting, application of pesticides and/or fertilizers, and others, in accordance with procedures pre-established by unit management; * Verify proper operation of machines/equipment and their respective operators, requesting maintenance when necessary; * Prepare agricultural sector monitoring reports; participate in planning, organizing, and controlling workflow, coordinating other sector employees. * Comply with general regulations, occupational health and safety standards, and company internal policies. 2512190202551927758
