Ensure equipment performance through correct supply of chemicals and inputs, monitoring their operation and seeking maximum productive performance. Make adjustments to equipment and processes, performing setups and monitoring operational parameters according to defined standards, ensuring production compliance. Start up equipment and peripherals at the beginning of the shift or as required by production demands, ensuring proper system operation. Carry out cleaning of production areas and equipment according to planning and production process requirements. Properly dispose of reprocessing materials and perform adequate equipment cleaning according to internal procedures. Physically and systematically block and communicate non-conforming products to prevent improper use or shipment.
