We look forward to meeting you and jointly driving the next generation of technological solutions. **Come Be a Hit!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform environment analysis using monitoring tools; * Administer computer systems and environments, identifying weak points, risks, and vulnerabilities; * Collect usage metrics and data to improve efficiency and performance; * Log incidents and other tickets, and record all actions in logs to ensure traceability; * Map/document technical procedures and technical manuals for support; * Monitor the availability and performance of critical applications and services in the IT environment. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree; * Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, and PRTG; * Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems; * Knowledge of IP networking, switches, routers, firewalls, IP addressing concepts, subnet masks, gateways, routing, VLANs, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and IPS; * Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.; * Knowledge of virtualized environments. **Desirable Qualifications** * Knowledge of incident management and monitoring; * Certifications: ITIL, CCNA, CCNP, Zabbix, JNCIA, and JNCIS. **Additional Information** Want to learn about all our open positions?
