Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for attending to and supporting cooperative members and accredited entities, performing benefit registration and inquiry, system assistance, approval and tracking of payment slips, clarification of doubts regarding coverage, status, and procedures. Also conducts document verification, file auditing, database updates, report generation, pending item verification, and support in resolving inconsistencies, aiming for agile and efficient service delivery and improved relationships among cooperatives, cooperative members, and beneficiaries.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Completed high school education.
* Teamwork, communication, resilience, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
