Here, caring for health is our business. **Routine:** Your mission will be to contribute to the efficiency of the company's logistics operations, supporting the receiving, storage, and dispatch of products with precision and organization. **Main responsibilities include:** ✤ Carry out the processes of receiving, addressing, and storing products and supplies, ensuring all items are correctly registered and placed in their designated locations; ✤ Perform order picking, verification, and dispatch of products, collaborating with third-party carriers to ensure deliveries are accurate and timely; ✤ Operate electric forklifts for material handling, following safety regulations and ensuring product integrity; ✤ Support the cycle inventory process by assisting in stock counting and verification to ensure record accuracy; ✤ Assist in receiving suppliers and carriers, ensuring all entry procedures are followed; ✤ Record and report any non-conformities or issues identified during receiving or dispatch; ✤ Monitor the status of captured orders, ensuring information is correctly recorded and processes follow the schedule, identifying potential delays; ✤ Ensure orders are correctly integrated with the logistics provider, enabling efficient communication and preventing shipping errors; ✤ Compare shipping manifests with invoices of shipped products, verifying all items and quantities are correct prior to shipment; ✤ Report any discrepancies in integration processes or unshipped orders to headquarters, ensuring prompt corrections; ✤ Manage inventory levels of logistical operation supplies such as packaging and materials, ensuring continuous availability; ✤ Monitor goods receipt, verify delivered items, and register invoices in the system, ensuring compliance; ✤ Act as a facilitator, training and supervising new employees on work routines. ✤ Process billing and print invoices for fulfilled orders, as well as print documents to deliver to the logistics operator. **Work schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM. **Work location:** BR\-050 \- Fazenda Velha, Cajamar/SP. **Requirements:** ✤ High school diploma completed ✤ Punctuality, attention to detail, good interpersonal skills, and concentration. **Preferred qualifications:** ✤ Experience in the logistics field is a VERY relevant advantage; ✤ NR11 certification \- Forklift Operator **What we offer:** ✤ Onsite meals ✤ Unimed health plan ✤ Dental Uni dental plan ✤ Shuttle transportation ✤ Group life insurance ✤ Education assistance ✤ Pharmacy discount program ✤ Total Pass
