YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Enhance sales performance by supporting internal commercial operational processes (e.g., quotations, phone calls) and providing general support whenever required, ensuring full sensitivity and confidentiality. * Assist the sales department to ensure consistent and timely responses to customer needs. * Collaborate with project managers and the sales team to expedite contract booking and equipment selection processes, leveraging technical information provided by sales representatives and company software. * Organize and structure an effective commercial support service for administrative procedures, ensuring accuracy and punctuality are top priorities. * Plan, coordinate, and manage small-scale projects as needed. * Serve as the central point of contact for employees regarding general HR inquiries, acting as a liaison with central support departments to obtain guidance and advice. * Ensure correct completion of all standard reports and forms required by the Group. * Promote an efficient and professional image to all internal and external customers. * Develop technical and commercial presentations on products and their applications for customer groups (virtual presentations). * Participate in internal and external training sessions scheduled by the company. * Register proposals in the CRM and update their respective statuses. * Record and periodically report KPIs to your supervisor. YOUR PROFILE * **Education:** Pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering * **Experience:** Prior experience in technical sales or sales support (preferred). * **Interpersonal Skills:** Strong customer orientation Effective communication Results-oriented Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.000,00 - R$5.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal vouchers Work Location: On-site
