Job Summary: A Facilities Planning professional responsible for technical diagnostics, project development, commercial proposals, and service monitoring, with administrative support. Daily monitoring of services and preparation of reports An outsourcing and facilities company is seeking a Facilities Planner in Jaguariúna. **Responsibilities:** Conduct technical diagnostics of potential clients' needs and size facilities service provision. Develop projects and operational scopes, as well as commercial proposals for new contracts. Participate in planning meetings regarding service execution for new contracts. Provide administrative support to the special services team, including requests for machinery and equipment. Monitor ongoing services daily and prepare monitoring reports. Submit service completion documentation to Finance and complete monthly reports on submitted proposals. Conduct technical visits, and read and interpret public tenders and bids. Previous experience as Infrastructure Coordinator, Building Maintenance Manager, Facilities Analyst, or Building Operations Supervisor may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
