Job Summary: Professional to work on production planning and scheduling, developing master production plans and monitoring performance indicators in an industrial setting. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in industrial production planning and scheduling 2. Proficiency in ERP/MRP and advanced Excel; Power BI is desirable 3. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kanban, Just-in-Time, and SMED - On-site work in Jundiaí. - Degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. - Experience in production planning and scheduling within manufacturing industries (preferably plastics, painting, or automotive). - Proficiency in ERP/MRP and advanced Excel; knowledge of Power BI is desirable. - Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kanban, Just-in-Time, and SMED will be advantageous. - Organization and systemic vision. Analytical ability and logical reasoning. Agility in decision-making and problem-solving. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proactivity, resilience, and adaptability to change. - Key Responsibilities: Develop the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on demand and production capacity. Schedule and sequence production orders for plastic injection, painting, and finishing to ensure continuous flow across departments. Analyze availability of machines, molds, raw materials, and labor, adjusting plans as needed. Monitor performance indicators (OEE, plan adherence, lead time, inventory turnover).
