




Ensure accurate entry of invoices into the SAP system, verifying that received goods match purchase orders. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive delivery invoices, verify the existence of corresponding purchase orders, assess invoices, prioritize receipt of perishable goods, confirm that billing registration data, quantities, values, and taxes are correct, enter the invoice into the integrated system, and record the same data in the control and tracking spreadsheet. * Release goods for receipt, issue delivery manifests for inspectors, inform drivers about receipt authorization; after receipt, verify that manifests are correct and free of observations, then close them out; detach and hand over the invoice stub to the driver. * Process returns of goods in cases of delivery errors, issuing return invoices indicating missing items and forwarding them to suppliers. * Issue return invoices for goods nearing expiration, per guidance from the commercial department. * Maintain contact with the commercial area regarding discrepancies in price or quantity. * Communicate with the Accounting department regarding cases of incorrectly calculated taxes. * Issue transfer invoices via the integrated system for transferring products, assets (fixed assets), cleaning supplies, and uniforms among group stores. * Enter bills and invoices for payments to gas, electricity, water suppliers, and service providers. * Keep the tracking spreadsheet for rented pallets up to date. **Requirements and Qualifications** * High school diploma required; * A bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or related fields (in progress) is considered a plus; * Experience working with the SAP system and proficiency in Excel required; * Prior experience in retail–wholesale, hypermarket sectors is considered a plus. **Additional Information** * Transportation Voucher * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Life Insurance * Discounts at Educational Institutions for undergraduate, graduate, and extension courses * Roldão Mais: Employees receive discounts at Roldão Atacadista stores, paying wholesale prices * Maternity Kit * Corporate University – Roldão Academy: Participation in training programs, with personalized learning paths tailored to each employee.
