Brasil** **Location: Jundiaí / SP** **Client: Café Gourmet** **Main Responsibilities:** * Beverage Preparation: Operate espresso machines, grind coffee beans, and prepare a variety of coffee-based beverages (e.g., espresso, cappuccino, latte, filtered coffee), teas, and other drinks, adhering to established quality standards and recipes. * Customer Service: Greet customers courteously and attentively, accurately record orders, answer menu-related questions, and ensure fast, efficient service. * Ingredient Handling: Properly select, grind, and store coffee beans, as well as handle and steam milk to achieve ideal texture. * Organization and Cleaning: Maintain a clean and organized workstation, counter, and equipment (espresso machine, grinder), following food hygiene and safety regulations. * Product Knowledge: Stay updated on coffee trends, characteristics of different coffee beans, and brewing methods, and be able to suggest and create new beverages. * Cashier Operations: Process payments and manage cash register accurately. **Requirements and Desired Skills:** * Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role. * Passion for coffee and knowledge of coffee culture. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. * Proactivity, agility, and attention to detail. * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. * **Salary:** R$ 2\.800,00 * **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Transportation Voucher (no employee deduction), Bonus * **Employment Type:** CLT (Permanent) * **Schedule:** Rotating 6x1 shift **Start Date:** To be agreed upon / Immediate** **www.rsgbrasil.com.br**
