Acts strategically and operationally to ensure service efficiency, punctuality, and compliance, always prioritizing user safety and well-being. \- Plan and adjust charter routes according to operational demand and employee locations; \- Interface with transportation providers to align schedules, routes, and vehicle numbers; \- Monitor route performance, including departure times, arrival times, and travel duration; \- Maintain and update spreadsheets and systems with information on routes, schedules, occupancy, and route changes; \- Support auditing processes and performance reporting for charter service providers; \- Monitor tracking applications (e.g., Roota or similar), ensuring real-time visibility of routes; \- Suggest continuous improvements to transportation operations, aiming to reduce costs and increase user satisfaction.
