Data collection and updating of the Operations Concept, defining business rules, operational flow, and ops clock; 2\. Support specification of interfaces according to business rules and operational flow, with active participation in mapping sessions; 3\. Ensure systemic configuration standards are applied; 4\. Establish “from-to” relationships for information exchange between systems; 5\. Inform project managers, BUs, and IT about identified issues so that respective issue trackers are updated; 6\. Support integrated testing conducted by IT; 7\. Capture the latest version of test scripts for the involved systems; 8\. Include project-specific scenarios in the test script. Where applicable, ensure existence of tests relevant to System Validation; 9\. Ensure existence of both positive and negative test cases in the script; 10\. Define timelines and required operational resources for test execution; 11\. Monitor test execution and logging by users. Monitor and validate test execution in the client’s system environment; 12\. Share interim test results with the client using internal KPIs; 13\. Close out testing and report final results; 14\. Plan and support execution of DILO – Day In Life Of; 15\. Detail training needs for trainers and end users; 16\. Support development of the cutover plan, specifically escalation plan, support plan, and ramp-up volume planning; 17\. Support the hypercare period; 18\. Report deviations from agreed processes or volumes; 19\. Trigger escalation to mobilize additional resources.
