Enter and track purchase orders, ensuring organization and efficiency If you seek growth in a dynamic and collaborative environment, we have an opportunity for you! **Job Mission** Support the company's procurement process by assisting with quotation requests, basic negotiations, purchase order entry into the system, and delivery tracking, ensuring organization, efficiency, and support to internal departments. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare quotations for all purchase requests with suppliers * Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules * Request necessary internal approvals * Enter purchase orders into the logistics and financial systems * Send purchase orders to suppliers and track them until delivery, including manifest preparation **What We Offer** Internship Allowance: R$ 1.500,00 (One thousand five hundred Brazilian reais) Meal or Food Voucher: R$ 400,00 (Four hundred Brazilian reais) Transportation Voucher or Fuel Allowance Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM (with a 1-hour break) Requirements: **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; * Communication and negotiation skills.
