Job Summary: A Sales Demonstrator/Promoter promotes products and brands at points of sale, attracting customers, increasing product visibility, and stimulating sales through direct customer service and product demonstrations. The Sales Demonstrator/Promoter is responsible for promoting products and brands at points of sale to attract customers, increase product visibility, and stimulate sales. They engage directly with consumers, demonstrating product features and benefits, clarifying doubts, and encouraging purchases. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Conduct attractive and informative product demonstrations for consumers. \- Approach and interact with customers, presenting product features and advantages to stimulate interest and purchases. \- Keep the point of sale organized and well-stocked, ensuring optimal product visibility and display. \- Price products and monitor stock availability. \- Provide support and clarify consumer questions regarding demonstrated products. \- Collect customer feedback and report reactions, demands, and suggestions to the manager or sales team. \- Track and report sales achieved during promotional activities. \- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company-set targets and objectives. \- Participate in events and promotions at strategic locations such as trade fairs, supermarkets, stores, or designated points of sale. \- Maintain personal appearance according to company standards and represent the brand positively and professionally. **Prerequisites:** \- Completed high school education. \- Prior experience in promotion, product demonstration, or sales is considered a plus. \- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with the public. \- Ability to work well in teams and strong persuasive skills. \- Proactivity and ability to identify sales opportunities. \- Proficiency with technology tools, computers, and mobile devices for reporting and feedback submission. **Advantages:** \- Previous experience as a sales promoter and/or demonstrator.
