




We are looking for an **Administrative Assistant to work in the inventory/purchasing analysis department**, focusing on administrative routines. If you are organized, agile, and detail-oriented, this position may be for you! **Responsibilities:** * Assist in inventory control and analysis, monitoring receipts, shipments, and minimum stock levels. * Support the purchasing department in requesting quotations and negotiating with suppliers. * Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery deadlines. * Update and maintain inventory and purchasing records in the system. * Identify material and supply replenishment needs. * Support periodic inventories and physical stock counts. * Manage documents related to purchasing, contracts, and suppliers. * Prepare simple reports on consumption, inventory turnover, and costs. * Provide administrative support for departmental routines. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (college degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields currently pursued is desirable); * Organization, agility, and attention to detail; * Prior experience is a plus; * Availability to work in Vicente Pires (Rua 5\); * Schedule: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
