




Job Summary: This Foreign Trade Apprentice program focuses on supporting document organization, email response, problem resolution, as well as payment scheduling and process tracking. Apprentice (Purchasing) Main Responsibilities: Provide support for organizing documents and information; Respond to emails and resolve issues with other company departments; Schedule payments to suppliers, customs brokers, and trading companies; Track processes via courier; Coordinate with the Accounting team to close import processes; Record expenses in the ERP system (expenses, taxes, commercial discounts); Input data into databases to build performance indicators; Register supplier invoices in the main ERP system. Location: Alameda Ásia (Business Park) – Tamboré, Santana de Parnaíba – SP – 06543\-312 Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Requirement: Completed high school. Preferred Qualification: Currently pursuing a university degree in accounting, administration, or finance.
