SENIOR IT INFRASTRUCTURE ANALYST

Responsible for implementing, administering, maintaining, and evolving the company's data center IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, security, and operational efficiency—with emphasis on business continuity, cost optimization, and adoption of industry best practices. **Academic Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. A postgraduate degree or specialization in IT or Infrastructure-related areas is desirable. **Key Responsibilities:** * Administer and support IT infrastructure environments in data centers, including physical and virtual servers, operating systems, and network services. * Plan, implement, and validate infrastructure solutions, ensuring alignment with technical requirements, deadlines, and business needs. * Conduct functionality, capacity, and performance testing of implemented solutions to ensure high availability and environment stability. * Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and problems in production environments, minimizing impact and downtime. * Perform adjustments, continuous improvements, and preventive maintenance to enhance performance, reliability, and standardization. * Participate in designing and developing new system architectures and infrastructure enhancements. * Collaborate with internal departments, vendors, and partners to oversee implementations, changes, and technical requests. * Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and change records. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, information security standards, EHS requirements, and applicable legislation—supporting the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System (IMS). **Requirements:** * Proven experience in IT infrastructure, preferably in critical environments or data centers. * Solid knowledge of: **Windows Server and Linux** operating systems, network services (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP), virtualization environments, physical servers, and storage. * Experience working in high-availability production environments. * Knowledge of web services (Apache, IIS, Nginx) is desirable. * Experience with monitoring and infrastructure management tools. * Familiarity with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or similar) is desirable. * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency for technical reading and communication is a plus. ***ODATA – Aligned Data Centers is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and is committed to building a team representing a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.
