Requirements: * Completed training as a Nursing Assistant; * Active registration with COREN; * Proven experience as a Nursing Assistant; * Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule (07h–19h). Job Description: * Take over the shift, introducing oneself to patients under one’s responsibility. * Administer and verify medications according to medical prescriptions and under the supervision of a nurse. * Escort patients to bathing or perform bathing assistance, carry out intimate hygiene, make beds, and provide general care upon request via the call bell. * Assist patients with oral and enteral feeding, perform dressings, and provide general assistance. * Respond to emergencies within the unit under technical supervision, applying specific procedures for each case (protocol). * Participate in controlling supplies necessary for the proper functioning of the unit. * Conduct internal transfers, including imaging exams. * Record patient care provided in the electronic system. * Comply with occupational safety rules and procedures while performing duties, using the indicated PPE. * Comply with hospital infection control rules and procedures. * Perform other related or inherent duties, and/or as requested by supervisors in accordance with the Hospital São Vicente de Paulo’s Work Instructions (IT).
