




At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world.**WHAT YOU WILL DO:** ------------------------- Provide instructions to freight agents for Export; Analyze and validate transportation documents; Enter, analyze and update information in the Softway system (OSGT); Interact with internal clients and various COMEX service providers (freight agents, customs brokers, specialized consulting firms); Ensure follow-up of processes for internal clients; Analyze and ensure payment flows for processes with the finance department; Ensure issuance of RC for services related to the department; Ensure applicability of customs regulations in TE processes; Ensure dispatch and collection flow at the distribution center; Perform other related activities as determined by the immediate supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS** -------------- * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, IMPEX or related fields; * Basic knowledge of internal customer service, contact with various service providers, and basic understanding of import and export; * Knowledge of customs legislation, OEA, tax benefits and costs in foreign trade; * Familiarity with integrated systems SAP \& Softway; * Intermediate English reading and writing skills; * Spanish is a plus; * Office suite (advanced Excel). * Availability to work hybrid schedule, 4 days per week alternating between Bragança Paulista and Itatiba.
