Responsibilities: Assist in developing and implementing individualized support plans. Support students in the classroom and during activities. Monitor and document student progress. Prepare and organize teaching materials and resources. Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills. Excellent patience and ability to work with diverse students. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Requirements: Experience supporting learning, preferably in an educational setting. Relevant certifications or diplomas in education or related fields.
