**Fleet Assistant** **Description:** We are seeking a Fleet Assistant to join our team. The professional will assist in managing the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring operational efficiency and proper vehicle maintenance. **Responsibilities:** * Manage purchase orders for the fleet department * Responsible for entering fiscal invoices into the system * Follow up with suppliers and control bills and invoices to be recorded in the system. * Record vehicle rentals, traffic fines, licensing, IPVA, and other fleet-related expenses * Manage the Ticket Log System (fuel and tolls) * Monitor fueling of tank trucks at field machines (diesel) **Requirements:** * Experience in controlling purchase orders and fiscal invoices. * Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems * Ability to work effectively in a team * Bachelor's degree in Administration or Logistics, or currently pursuing one * Driver's license category B * Must reside in Bragança Paulista \- SP
