Join us and become part of a team that celebrates individuality and mutual respect. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze, register, and monitor warranty processes with Volkswagen Trucks and Buses; * Ensure proper technical and financial classification of performed services according to factory warranty policies; * Register and monitor warranty requests in the manufacturer's system; * Review documents, technical reports, and evidence for submission to Volkswagen; * Ensure services comply with deadlines and procedures required by the factory; * Monitor warranty approval rates and response times; * Support the technical team in correctly opening and closing service orders; * Keep the team updated on changes in warranty policies and interface with the parts and workshop departments to verify items and labor applied. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Minimum age of 18 years; * Completed high school education; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Preferred: knowledge of Volkswagen manufacturer warranty procedures; * Experience in automotive technical warranty routines, preferably with heavy vehicles or at dealerships; * Basic understanding of diesel mechanics and vehicle systems; * Must have easy access to the CAMPINAS/SP region. **Additional Information** **PEOPLE ARE OUR BUSINESS—THAT’S WHY WE VALUE OUR EMPLOYEES IN MULTIPLE WAYS!** We also offer the traditional benefits you already know.
