Job Summary: MTO is seeking a Cook to prepare hot dishes, organize the workstation, maintain a clean kitchen, follow food safety procedures, set up buffets, and assist in dish production. Ability to set up buffets and assist in dish production **About Us:** We are MTO, the company responsible for managing the O Matuto Fogo & Mar and O Matuto Expressa units. Currently, we manage 19 units across the state — including 4 Fogo & Mar locations in Campinas and 15 Expressa units distributed throughout the region and state capital. MTO is passionate about great food and motivated to offer and share wonderful moments! **Position: COOK** **Location: O Matuto Expressa Delivery** **Your daily menu:** Proficiency in preparing hot dishes, rice, beans, sauces, etc.; efficiently organizing the workstation; maintaining a clean and functional kitchen; and strictly following food collection and labeling procedures. Also requires the ability to set up the buffet within the designated timeframe, promptly respond to service demands, and assist in à la carte and executive dish production. **Ingredients We’re Looking For:** Flexible availability.
