**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Ensure operational continuity, availability, and stability of infrastructure, network, and telecom environments;
* Serve as the liaison between technology and business, translating operational needs into technical solutions;
* Provide specialized technical support, including ticket handling, change management (GMUD), and resolution of medium-complexity incidents;
* Perform proactive environment monitoring (Zabbix/Grafana), acting preventively and remedially;
* Support and participate in infrastructure projects, improvements, upgrades, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and new technological solutions;
* Work in mission-critical environments, ensuring service performance and reliability;
* Configure, administer, and support wired and Wi-Fi networks, switches, antennas, firewalls, links, telephony systems, extensions, and domains;
* Provide direct support to end users, internal departments, and branch offices — including support for multimedia environments and executive meetings;
* Interface with telecom operators, manufacturers, suppliers, and strategic partners;
* Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base, and support training initiatives;
* Manage corporate mobile lines, contracts, warranties, licenses, and invoices for the area;
* Support Tier 3 Data Center and Telecom infrastructure, promoting continuous improvement and integration across units.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in technology-related fields;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is desirable;
* Minimum two years of professional experience in infrastructure, networking, or telecom is preferred;
* Technical certifications and training are advantageous.
**Worth noting:** Working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00.
