**Position: Waiter / Attendant** We are seeking dedicated and committed professionals to join the team at **Restaurante Vila da Graça**, working on the front line serving our customers and ensuring a welcoming and high-quality experience. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Preferably reside in nearby areas (Graça, Ondina and adjacent neighborhoods). * Completed high school education. * Prior experience as a waiter, restaurant attendant, bar attendant or snack bar attendant. * Strong verbal communication skills and courtesy when interacting with customers and team members. * Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. * Organization, punctuality and attention to detail. * Availability to work on a **6x1 rotating schedule**, including weekends and holidays. **Main Activities and Responsibilities:** * Provide courteous, prompt and efficient customer service, ensuring the best service experience. * Present the menu, clarify questions and suggest dishes and beverages according to the customer’s profile. * Accurately record orders and enter them into the store’s system. * Serve food and beverages in accordance with the restaurant’s quality standards. * Organize, sanitize and restock table supplies (cutlery, glasses, napkins, condiments, etc.). * Monitor and assess customer satisfaction during their meal. * Assist with opening, organizing and preparing the dining area prior to service commencement. * Support closing procedures by collecting utensils, arranging tables and ensuring workplace cleanliness. * Comply with hygiene, food safety and good food handling practices. * Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to maintain smooth service operations. **What We Are Looking For:** A committed, communicative professional with a strong team spirit and a focus on delivering **excellent customer service**—someone who understands that every detail matters in transforming the customer experience.
