Job Summary: Responsible for supervising procurement of materials and services, negotiating prices and delivery terms, and fulfilling internal requests related to the company's product commercialization. Development of New Suppliers and Contract Drafting **Summary Description:** – Responsible for procurement activities involving materials and services to be commercialized by the company, including supervision of buyers, price negotiation, and delivery schedule tracking, aiming to meet internal customer requests. ; **Main Responsibilities:** – Manage the Raw Material and Input Portfolio (STEEL, SAND, STONE, CEMENT, CHEMICAL, ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL INPUTS). – Approve purchase requisitions – Negotiate delivery terms and pricing conditions for maintenance of machinery, trucks, vehicles, and other company assets and equipment – Procure fixed assets – Support third-party freight contracting – Develop new suppliers – Draft and review Service-Level Agreements (SLAs), industrial lead times, demand-based negotiations, and ABC curve analyses – Implement criticality matrix, risk curve, inventory policies, and recurring procurement processes; – Maintain clear understanding of CAPEX and OPEX; – Monitor and control Procurement Department expenditures – Prepare monthly Procurement Department performance indicators (KPIs) ; **Required Knowledge / Skills:** ; – TOTVS Protheus (Mandatory) – SIGACOM (Procurement) and SIGAEST (Inventory) modules; integration with Tax and Accounting systems ; **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Fridays, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. ; **Proposed Salary:** 9\.500,00 ; If suitable candidates are identified whose salary expectations are slightly higher, please still submit them for our evaluation. ; Incentive Plan and Benefits Full on-site meal allowance; Associative meal card: R$311.00 Premium food basket; **Free Shuttle Service for:** Atibaia, Jarinu, Perdões, Bragança, Piracaia; Transportation Voucher – Optional; Co-payment health plan (Unimed); Banked Hours; Total Pass Profit and Results Sharing Program; Internal Training
