Always.** **Job Mission:** Ensure surfaces are properly prepared for painting and that the final finish meets high-quality standards. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Applying primer and corrective filler; * Sanding, cleaning, and preparing parts; * Receiving and inspecting materials from the workstation; * Reading and understanding the workstation’s work instructions; * Moving carts between departments; * Ensuring manufactured items meet quality requirements per the operational routing; * Packaging parts for storage; * Reporting any issue affecting product quality. **Requirements:** Knowledge in Automotive Painting/Repainting Skills in primer and corrective filler application Automotive paint preparation skills Visual inspection skills High school diploma preferred **44-hour weekly work schedule** Monday to Thursday: 7:10 AM to 5:10 PM; Friday: 7:10 AM to 4:10 PM **Employment regime: CLT** **Our benefits:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Pharmacy discount program * Supermarket discount program * Group life insurance * Parking * Company-provided transportation * Commuter allowance .
