We are seeking a professional to work as a Supplier Quality Analyst for an agribusiness company located in Indaiatuba/SP. **Responsibilities:** * Manage supplier quality issues impacting production; * Perform analysis and handling of non-conformities; * Lead corrective and preventive actions with suppliers; * Apply quality tools for root cause analysis and problem resolution; * Monitor supplier performance and conduct technical evaluations; * Participate in supplier audits (audit leadership will be considered a plus); * Maintain constant communication with production, engineering, procurement, and suppliers; * Ensure rapid responses for containment and production continuity. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in Supplier Quality / Supplier Quality Management / EQF; * Experience supporting production and resolving supplier-related issues; * Knowledge of quality tools (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, PFMEA, APQP, PPAP, among others); * Advanced English for communication with suppliers and reporting; * Strong communication skills, negotiation profile, and decision-making ability; * Experience with rubber, electrical, and hydraulic components is desirable. **Advantages:** * Experience conducting supplier audits; **Note: This is a CLT position, but the project duration is 6 months and may be extended.** **Benefits:** VR: R$ 24.80/day VA: R$ 174.10/month VT or VC: R$ 300.00/month Health Insurance: Bradesco ENF 50% EDC 50% (for consultant only, optional) Dental Insurance: Bradesco EDC Profit Sharing (PLR) Life Insurance Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
