Are you an experienced professional in global operations seeking a new challenge at a multinational company passionately connecting markets around the world? This role is for you!
We are looking for a **Senior Import and Export Analyst** to strategically manage international transportation operations, ensuring smoothness, efficiency, and excellence in logistics processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Execute plans and processes for transportation operations, ensuring shipment, storage, and delivery of all goods
* Monitor budget utilization, calculate actual costs, compile variance analyses and comments, and coordinate budgets with other company departments
* Contribute to periodic operational reviews and prepare operational performance reports
* Ensure efficient operations and transportation across inter\-regional networks
* Closely monitor transportation of critical materials and special deliveries, establishing contingency plans if necessary
* Support the sales team in estimating transportation cost solutions for customers
* Communicate with operational units to guide them and define operational requirements for local coordinators
* Participate in the development and execution of transportation and traffic projects, such as transportation service analysis and consolidation studies
* Prepare and share freight analyses and decision\-support systems with other functional areas
* Conduct analyses of current transportation and operations practices to identify process improvement opportunities and cost reduction initiatives
* Define requirements, analyze problems, and design solutions in transportation operations and network areas
* Investigate and resolve day\-to\-day logistics operational issues, implementing practices focused on increasing effectiveness and efficiency, as well as cost control
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, International Trade, or related fields;
* Advanced English proficiency;
* Spanish is considered a plus.
