We are seeking professionals to work as Product Testing Technicians (CLT) directly for a multinational company in the agricultural, construction, and forestry machinery sector, located in **Indaiatuba/SP*****.*** **About the role:** We seek professionals to perform testing and verification of ISG software and new products, including assembly, maintenance, and evaluation in laboratory and field environments. This position involves technical activities of medium to high complexity, directly contributing to product quality and release alongside engineering. **Key responsibilities:** * Execute product tests in laboratory, workshop, and field. * Prepare and configure machines for testing (software, sensors, calibration). * Collect data and prepare technical reports. * Assemble, disassemble, and adjust components and systems. * Support performance testing and verification under real operating conditions. * Identify product problems and failures. * Conduct field tests with customers and dealers. **Requirements:** * Completed technical education (Mechanics, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computing). * Experience in similar activities. * Availability for frequent travel (approximately 70% of weekly time). * Intermediate English (reading and writing) to interpret technical documents and draft reports. * Behavioral competencies: analytical profile with focus on failure identification; operational organization and discipline; strong technical communication; proactivity and teamwork. **Preferred qualifications:** * Engineering degree or related fields (Mechanics, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computing, Agriculture, Agronomy). * Knowledge of agricultural systems and software integration. * Experience with field testing and instrumentation. * Experience in failure diagnosis and analysis.
