Supplier management and technical follow-up. The **FX Group** is seeking a professional with solid industrial technical knowledge and analytical vision to manage the production flow. This role is responsible for converting service orders into efficient schedules, ensuring that internal manufacturing and outsourced services (machining and sheet metal fabrication) meet strict schedule and quality standards. 1\. Technical Requirements (Mandatory): * Education: Completed Technical Course in Mechanical Engineering, Boiler Making, Machining, or related fields. * Process Expertise: Practical knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings, machining processes, sheet metal forming (boiler making), and mechanical assembly. * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, macros, and spreadsheet automation). * Experience with ERP systems. 2\. Experience: * Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, and control within metal-mechanical environments. * KPIs: Experience in developing and analyzing performance indicators (productivity, plan adherence, lead time). * Supplier Management: Experience in contracting technical services, negotiating scope, and—crucially—external follow-up to ensure supplier schedules align with factory requirements. 3\. Key Responsibilities: * Develop the master production plan and detailed factory schedules. * Initiate and monitor production orders. * Manage raw material and component inventory to prevent bottlenecks. * Issue purchase requisitions. * Select, contract, and monitor machining and boiler-making service suppliers. * Visit suppliers for technical follow-up and manufacturing status tracking. * Report results via dashboards and production alignment meetings. * Conduct daily service alignment meetings with the team; 4\. Behavioral Profile: * Sense of urgency: Ability to handle critical deadlines. * Extreme organization: Managing multiple variables (internal vs. external). * Assertive communication: For negotiations with procurement, production, and partner suppliers. 5\. Preferred: * Residency in Indaiatuba or nearby cities; 6\.
