Job Summary: We are seeking an organized, analytical, and proactive professional to join our finance team, with a focus on financial control and results analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Handling cash flow, bank reconciliations, and account control. 2. Supporting financial closing, budgeting, and performance indicator analysis. 3. If you have experience in finance and enjoy working with KPIs, financial control, and results analysis, this opportunity may be right for you. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow; * Perform bank reconciliations; * Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable; * Support financial and accounting closing; * Track budget (budgeting) and financial forecasts; * Analyze costs, expenses, and results; * Support billing and collections processes; * Monitor financial indicators (KPIs); * Liaise with accounting, tax, and administrative departments. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; * Prior experience in finance; * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency; * Knowledge of cash flow management, income statements (DRE), and financial indicators. **Location:** Vinhedo/SP **Work Mode:** On-site **Salary:** * R$ 3\.800,00 ### **Benefits** * Meal allowance: R$ 1\.100,00 * Health insurance after probation period * Dental insurance after probation period * Transportation allowance * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR) ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with ERP systems; * Experience in budgeting and financial analysis processes; * Power BI knowledge will be considered a plus.
