Job Summary: We are seeking a Facilities Analyst to manage contracts, suppliers, and maintenance activities, control KPIs and budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Key Highlights: 1. Manage contracts and suppliers of essential services. 2. Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of infrastructure. 3. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. We are looking for a Facilities Analyst. This is an on-site position. **Responsibilities:** * Manage contracts and suppliers for services such as cleaning, security, reception, building maintenance, and utilities. * Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance (electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, civil works, among others). * Control performance indicators (SLAs, costs, service quality). * Develop and monitor the facilities department budget. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards, environmental regulations, and local legislation. * Support continuous improvement projects, renovations, and layout adjustments. * Manage inventory of infrastructure-related assets and supplies. **Requirements:** * Experience in facility management. * Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations. * Strong organizational and planning skills. * Good communication and negotiation skills.
