Ensuring reception organization and confidentiality of information. We are seeking a **Part-time Night Receptionist** to work at an Emergency Care Unit (UPA), covering shifts for the permanent team. This professional will be responsible for initial patient intake, managing incoming patient flow, and providing administrative support, ensuring agile, humanized, and efficient service in urgent and emergency settings. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide in-person service to patients and their companions * Perform registration, create medical records, and update data in the system * Organize patient flow according to risk classification * Inform patients about procedures and estimated waiting times * Answer phone calls and provide necessary information * Support clinical and administrative staff * Ensure reception organization and confidentiality of information **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Basic computer skills * Minimum 1 year of experience in reception * Experience in customer service (preferably in healthcare) * Availability to work night shifts and cover absences * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor **Desired Competencies:** * Agility and organizational skills * Empathy and courtesy * Emotional control when handling high-pressure situations * Proactivity and accountability * Teamwork **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Meal or food allowance * Night shift premium * Hazard pay Compensation: R$1.700,00 - R$1.800,00 per month Benefits: * Food allowance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
