Dynamic environment focused on execution and collaboration We are looking for a **Project Analyst (PMO)** to support the company’s project management and execution, ensuring organization, standardization, timeline tracking, and strategic alignment across departments. **Responsibilities** * Support the company’s strategic project portfolio management. * Structure and maintain project methodologies, processes, and metrics. * Update schedules, action plans, and activity controls. * Monitor deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies with involved departments. * Prepare reports and presentations for managerial and leadership follow-up. * Organize documentation, status meetings, meeting minutes, and next steps. **Requirements** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Tourism, IT, or related fields. * Experience in project management or PMO. * Knowledge of agile and/or traditional methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Kanban, Scrum). * Experience with tools such as Jira, Monday, MS Project, Smartsheet, or Asana. * Strong organizational skills, communication ability, and capacity to handle multiple tasks. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the tourism sector, travel agencies, or B2B companies. ✨ **Ideal Profile** * Organized, proactive, responsible, and execution-focused. Strong teamwork and cross-departmental communication skills. * This position is onsite for candidates residing in the Jundiaí/SP region. For candidates from São Paulo Capital or Campinas, the arrangement is hybrid.
