Your energy will be vital to: Providing valuable insights that help ensure a positive customer experience by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to customer interactions with Neoenergia; helping build and maintain data-oriented automated structures and supporting data-driven strategic decision-making. Responsibilities: * Proactively analyze, review, and enhance processes using data to reduce effort, improve customer experience, and increase process efficiency across group distribution companies; * Develop, monitor, and optimize data pipelines (ETL/ELT), handling data extraction, loading, transformation, and analysis; consolidate metrics; generate reports; and present results; * Work with data architectures in cloud environments (preferably Microsoft Azure); * Perform debugging, correction, and continuous improvement of existing pipelines; * Monitor and ensure data integrity and quality throughout pipelines; * Implement cost control and monitoring mechanisms for cloud data services; * Automate data ingestion, transformation, and delivery processes; * Develop robotic process automation (RPA) to improve processes; * Interact with technical teams (Data Engineering, Infrastructure, Security) to ensure environment compliance and functionality; * Collaborate with business areas to understand data needs and translate them into technical solutions; * Engage effectively with diverse teams through clear communication, translating technical topics into audience-appropriate language, mobilizing stakeholders, and tracking actions; * Document built data processes and flows; * Analyze trends and scenarios and suggest action plans; * Deliver customized data visualizations and communicate complex quantitative concepts to non-technical audiences and stakeholders in meetings; * Automate metric monitoring processes; * Stay updated on developments in Data Science and adjacent fields to ensure relevance of outputs; * Select and apply advanced statistical procedures to derive insights; * Suggest how derived *insights* can inform business strategies. To join our team, you must have: * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Physics, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields; * Proficiency in reading English (especially technical content); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (with emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel); * Knowledge of cloud computing for data (e.g., Azure or AWS); * Solid SQL knowledge; * Solid Python programming skills for statistical, data manipulation, and data visualization packages, plus knowledge of parallel computing with Spark; * Knowledge of pipeline monitoring and troubleshooting; * Experience with relational and non-relational databases; * Minimum position held: Junior Analyst; * Availability to work in Campinas/SP. Nice-to-have qualifications: * Knowledge of mathematical modeling (deterministic and probabilistic) applied to business contexts (e.g., machine learning, clustering, linear and nonlinear programming, operations research, time series, etc.); * Knowledge of Agile Project Management and product development; * Familiarity with GitHub; * Knowledge of legacy systems and databases (e.g., Oracle, SAP); * Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Blue Prism, UI Path, Automation Anywhere); * Driver’s license (Category B); * Cloud provider certifications (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform); * Experience with cost control and analysis in cloud environments; * Knowledge of visualization tools (preferably Power BI); * Understanding of discriminative and generative artificial intelligence.
