Job Summary: A Quality professional focused on non-conformity management, process inspection, and documentation of the Quality Management System. Key Highlights: 1. Management and handling of Non-Conformities (NCs) 2. Focus on inspection, control, and quality documentation 3. Application of quality tools and interpretation of technical drawings **Key Responsibilities:** **1\. Handling of NCs (Non-Conformities):** * **Identification and Recording:** Identify quality deviations in processes or finished products and formally open **Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs)**. * **Root Cause Analysis:** Support production teams in investigating root causes (using tools such as the **Ishikawa Diagram** or **5 Whys**). * **Corrective and Preventive Actions:** Monitor action plans to ensure corrective measures are implemented on schedule. * **Effectiveness Verification:** Audit whether the implemented solution has truly eliminated the problem or whether recurrence has occurred. **2\. Inspection and Control:** * **Receiving Inspection:** Verify raw materials and supplies (such as the tooling you manage) against purchase orders and technical reports. * **Process Monitoring:** Conduct quality rounds on production lines to ensure compliance with Work Instructions (WIs). * **Batch Hold:** Block and identify suspect or rejected materials, ensuring segregation in inventory. **3\. Documentation and Auditing:** * Assist in updating documents of the Quality Management System (QMS). * Participate in internal audits and support organizing evidence for external audits. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * **Education:** Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, Chemical) or a Technical Diploma in Quality/Industrial Management. * **Hard Skills:** * Knowledge of **Quality Tools** (Pareto, Ishikawa, 5W2H). * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Proficiency with measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.). * Excel for indicator tracking. * **Soft Skills:** * **Attention to Detail:** Ability to identify subtle deviations. * **Assertive Communication:** Ability to clearly and constructively point out errors to production teams while maintaining firmness. * **Resilience:** Ability to handle deadline pressure without compromising quality standards.
