Job Summary: We are seeking a Controller Manager with an analytical profile, results-oriented mindset, and leadership experience in administrative and financial management within the hospitality industry. Implement and improve administrative, financial, and operational controls We are looking for a Controller Manager to oversee **administrative and financial management in the hospitality industry**, possessing an analytical profile, results orientation, and leadership experience. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate and guide the administrative and finance team * Ensure compliance with current legislation across all processes * Conduct tax calculations and remittances * Monitor cash flow, financial inflows and outflows * Authorize purchases and payments (minimum of 3 quotations) * Ensure accurate accounting reconciliations and proper recordkeeping * Implement and improve administrative, financial, and operational controls * Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements * Develop and monitor budget, actual and forecasted cash flow * Analyze profitability of cost centers * Monitor financial indicators (inventory, receivables and payables terms) * Train and develop an immediate backup **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree preferred in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Knowledge of financial mathematics is desirable * Willingness to reside in Atibaia/SP **Desired Profile** * Strong results orientation * Attention to detail * Analytical capability * Effective communication skills * Proactivity in problem and conflict resolution **Additional Information** * Employment Type: Individual Contractor (PJ) * Work Model: (On-site) * Location: Atibaia/SP * Full meal allowance and accommodation provided A Forma Turismo is the largest student travel company in Latin America, having sent thousands of students on unforgettable graduation trips since 1997.
