Job Summary: Professional responsible for programming, analyzing, and scheduling maintenance services, preparing reports, and formalizing conclusions. Key Highlights: 1. Programming and analysis of maintenance services. 2. Preparation of monitoring and performance reports. 3. Communication and interpersonal relationship. **Responsibilities:** * Daily programming, in the system, of corrective and preventive maintenance services; * Receiving and analyzing maintenance requests submitted by various departments, evaluating their priority based on complexity and impact; * Scheduling service appointments and recording information in control spreadsheets; * Preparing monitoring and performance reports; * Formalizing completion of performed services and recording closure of service requests in control spreadsheets. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Technical or higher education degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Data analysis capability and ability to prepare performance reports **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages that value the well\-being and satisfaction of our employees.
