The role will be responsible for supporting the technological environment’s operations, ensuring stability, security, and efficiency of services. Key responsibilities: * Provide Level 2 support for infrastructure-related requests. * Assist in managing Windows servers and operating systems. * Manage network and Wi-Fi infrastructure, including configuration, monitoring, and adjustments. * Configure and maintain firewall rules to ensure security and appropriate access. * Support planning and execution of infrastructure projects and changes. * Participate in troubleshooting activities within critical environments to identify and resolve incidents. * Contribute to reducing recurring alerts and incidents by proposing improvements. * Monitor and support maintenance of physical computer and local network infrastructure. * Assist in vendor analysis and tasks related to antivirus and security. * Ensure availability, performance, and efficiency of IT services. Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
