Requirements: * Proven experience as a store manager in fashion retail or similar industries. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers and team members. * Leadership and team motivation capabilities, encouraging the achievement of both individual and collective goals. * Knowledge of negotiation and sales techniques, enabling identification of opportunities to increase sales. * Familiarity with store operations, including inventory control, stocktaking, and cash register closing procedures. * Strong aesthetic sense and visual merchandising skills, consistently enhancing store presentation to attract and delight customers. * Customer service orientation, ensuring a unique and positive experience in every interaction.
