If you are analytical, results-oriented, and enjoy directly optimizing production processes, this opportunity is for you! ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze, map, and optimize industrial processes; * Identify production bottlenecks and propose technical improvements; * Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPIs); * Draft and review operational procedures; * Participate in cost-reduction, efficiency-increase, and quality-improvement projects; * Provide technical support to production areas in problem resolution; * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. ### **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience in an industrial environment; * Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa, Lean, etc.); * Proficiency in performance indicators and data analysis; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in process mapping * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma * Experience with industrial ERP systems We seek a professional with systemic vision, results focus, strong analytical capability, and good communication skills to strategically collaborate with production areas.
