




Job Summary: Coordinate Personnel Administration routines and lead teams in internal and external audits, participating in labor proceedings. Key Highlights: 1. Benefits management and interdepartmental alignment **Responsibilities** * Coordinate all Personnel Administration routines, including hiring, payroll processing, vacation management, terminations, termination settlements, leaves of absence, salary adjustments, and ancillary obligations, ensuring compliance with eSocial, DCTFWeb, and FGTS Digital; * Responsible for integrating and verifying electronic timekeeping data with payroll, guiding legal corrections such as banked hours, absences, and other occurrences, ensuring data quality and reliability. * Lead internal and external audits, collaborate with the Legal Department on labor proceedings (including acting as a legal representative), and maintain constant alignment with Accounting, Tax, Finance, Health, and IT departments to promote process integration and efficiency. * Manage benefits including private pension plans, medical and dental assistance, life insurance, digital certificates, and support managers in budgetary control and cost monitoring of the department. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, HR, Accounting, or related fields; * Experience in Agribusiness; experience with Rural Producers is desirable; * Proven experience leading a Personnel Administration team; * Solid knowledge of Labor Legislation, eSocial, LGPD; * Proficiency in Protheus; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Willingness to work in Santo Antônio de Posse/SP; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Dental Plan, Life Insurance, Medical Plan; Shuttle Service; Quarterly Bonus; Annual Bonus; Education Allowance; Meal Voucher Card. ### **Department:** Human Resources
