The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills, technical knowledge, and a strong customer orientation. Supervise daily operations, manage and motivate the sales and technical teams, ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service, develop and implement sales strategies, monitor and analyze performance metrics, and manage spare parts inventory are responsibilities to be carried out by this role.
