Store Manager Key Responsibilities * Store opening or closing * Representing the Skechers brand. * Inspiring and leading the customer experience. * People-focused leadership. * Conducting training sessions * Developing team skills to maximize sales. * Leading onboarding of new employees. * Managing staff schedules and ensuring coverage. * Product expert and brand ambassador. * Recruiting, training, and retaining talent. * Establishing robust operational processes. * Mastering store systems and operations. * Ensuring safety routines. * Passion for the brand. * Sense of confidentiality and urgency. * Prior leadership experience in retail.
